That is, as a result of the partition of the country, two-thirds of North Bengal fell in East Pakistan. As a result of this political divide, my scope of discussion is limited to the India-based region of North Bengal. This is normal. And lack of information is a persistent problem. Moreover, the freedom movement of the North Bengal region was prominently placed in the newspapers of the Calcutta metropolis of the time. But while the oral information was available a few years ago, it is no longer available. Because the freedom fighters die naturally.
